When you have more than the number of cross-references then fit in the window, like >20. (I have about 5000, currently)
How to produce it:
I highlight my location in the document.
then I click on the reference name, after I scroll through using the window, (via sroll wheel or not.)
As I click my target selection, the list of references jumps to near the prior target, but only once.
(This is frustrating finding my selected reference twice.)
Then it functions normally, and the selection click is OK

The workaround is that if I use the scrollbar, or I click the list window first after I highlight, unless I forget. But as I'm used to using the scroll wheel, I forget, and the annoying glitch happens.

Also an enhancement, when we set a reference, why doesn't it automatically bookmark it. This would save us a step, not having to bookmark it first
