Draw document for test

OVERVIEW: when in Draw document language of UI is changed
and document is reopened, number of entries in
          Style and Formatting is different.

I have attached simple Draw document "testFile".
Language of UI is English (USA).

Steps to reproduce:

Prerequisite - two language packs installed: English (USA) & German.

1. open attached document.
2. if sidebar is not visible, make it so.
3. go to Styles and Formatting deck
Notice that there are 16 items listed.
4. switch language to German
Tools > Options > Language Settings > Languages
choose "German" from list box and confirm your choice.
5. Close AOO
6. Open document again.
7. Go to Styles and Formatting deck
Notice that there are 17 items listed (not 16 as in point 3.)

New item's name is "Object with no fill and no line".
As you see name is in English.

Only operation carried out was change of language - this seems like a BUG.

If you now change language back to English and reopen document,
you will see that number of entries returned to original value.

If you in any language version create new Draw document, save it
(File > Save As), close AOO and reopen the document, you will see
number of entries in Styles and Formatting remains the same.

In attached file "DrawMiracle" you will find adequate screenshots.

This bug is not limited to English - German pair.

I have done some further tests.
Started from Draw document in English UI and repeated operation in point 1.-7. in sequence: English --> German --> French --> Polish --> Russian.
Result is as above. In one case (difficult to reproduce)
AOO added two items in two different languages (items in three languages
in one list).

English language doesn't need to be a starting language.
In attached file "PLtoEN" you will see screenshot for scenario: Polish to English.
