Steps to demonstrate:

1. launch AOO Writer
2. choose menu 'Tools > Bibliography Database'
   ("Bibliography Database" window appears)
3. choose menu 'Edit > Choose Data Source'
   ("Choose Data Source" dialog appears)

   Notice that mouse pointer has changed the look from "Normal Select"
   to "Busy".

   "Normal Select" comes back when mouse pointer is e.g.
   in "Choose Data Source" dialog.

4. close the dialog.
5. click the Data Source button near the top of the window
   ("Choose Data Source" dialog appears)

   Notice that mouse pointer has not changed the look ("Normal Select").

Issue observed in both AOO 4.1.7 and AOO 4.2.0-dev
