Steps to reproduce:

1. In Writer or Calc document add a control - push button.
   Properties:
   - "Take Focus on Click" set to [ Yes ]
   - "Action" set to [ Open document/web page ]
   - "URL" set to [ .uno:Reload ]
2. Quit the Design Mode and save the document.
3. Click the button.

Result:
Kind of focus rectangle is visible for a moment above the button.

Notes:
- also observed on Windows 7 64-bit in AOO 4.1.9 and AOO 4.1.10
  (in the latter case - after clicking "Yes" in the "Security Warning" dialog box)
- similiar phenomenon was reported
  in Issue 116633 - Misplaced focus rectangle in start center
- if the button's property "Take Focus on Click" is set to [ No ], the focus 
  rectangle does not appear

Confirmed on Windows 10 Pro.

Cannot reproduce on Linux.

There is no option for Windows + Linux so I'm not changing OS
