Description stx123 2001-08-02 19:12:35 UTC
For new accounts and some old accounts (for example 'st') it's not possible to
submit issues.
A page stating "Login required" appears despite the fact that the user is
logged in.
Comment 1 Unknown 2001-08-03 01:27:05 UTC
This is fixed - permission problem for role "registered user" following
migration. "Issue Tracking - Submit" was not checked.
Comment 2 Unknown 2001-08-03 18:35:00 UTC
Sorry, not for st.
PS: That's the reason why I'm using stx001.
Comment 3 Unknown 2001-08-03 23:59:52 UTC
Congrats, Stefan - it appears that, for some reason, yours is the
only migrated account to have this wonderfulness.

Ed K is looking into this - worst case is that we delete all your
accounts and recreate a single st@ account. If that is the case,
you will need to reset your password at some point. I will let you
know.

The user hdu has the same problem. Even worse, he can't use cvs
anymore, he get the message:

hdu: no such user, server rejected access.
Comment 5 Unknown 2001-08-07 01:52:16 UTC
Should now be fixed. hdu's cvs problem is separate; I am
tracking separately.
Comment 6 stx123 2001-08-08 17:15:44 UTC
verified for hdu and st. Thanks
Comment 7 michael.bemmer 2003-03-13 11:09:25 UTC
As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved
<wontfix/duplicate/worksforme/invalid> issues. Please see this posting for details.
