UAA objects of role POPUP_MENU return -1 for getAccessibleIndexInParent(), but
return a valid object in getAccessibleParent().

I need still to check if POPUP_MENU is a valid toplevel role in Java, so one
solution to discuss would be to return to parent accessible at all. 

Nevertheless, the current behavior is inconsistant.
