Calc does not regard starting day of week, specified in locale file. For
example, Lithuanian locale has this in lt_LT.xml:

<StartDayOfWeek>
<DayID>mon</DayID>
</StartDayOfWeek>

But Calc still shows the first starting day of week as Sunday in Tools > Options
> Spreadsheet > Sort Lists.

These sort lists are only examples for user defined sort list and are
not affected by the locales. But this could be a nice feature for the
future => enhancement.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
