This is the wrong keytype. We'll need a dsa key. Changing assignment
back to the end-user.

action plan:
1) file internal issue for the operations group to upload the key to
the server
2) update this issue when the key's been uploaded and assign back to
the reporter
PCN 19751 filed, Step 1 complete
I will update this issue by 6/26
