I open the attached "UdlÃ¥nsregistrering.doc" (made with Wordpad) with 
Openoffice. When i right-klik on the graphics with the mouse, i 
get "Application error".
If i paste the same graphics in a .sxw document i get the same error when i 
save the file
It is a danish windows

Verified with english win98 and OO Beta2.
I did the steps form your description. Built a new doc with the same
content, save and reload it and repeat same steps = works fine.
