Description mehlng 2003-07-03 11:42:29 UTC
When using the eautomatic numbering scheme, IE write a '1 then ')' then Enter,
you'll automatically get a 2), when pressing the backspace key instead of the
more intuitive behaviour of quiting the auto-numbering mode and returning to
normally tabbed typing. the '2)' indeed is gone, however the identation remains.
The way to do that and fix the identation is to click 'Enter'

Can you please explain what the problem is with this.
This is the normal behaviour in OOo, what else do you expect and what are you
comparing it with ?

I want it to act as SHift+TAb and deident the number. This is a very
wise behaviour of MSWOrd who should be immitated.
I already reported it with another bug so I'm marking it as a dupe.
