It would be nice to be able to indicate a non-default graph size in the Chart
Wizard. This might be in pixels, absolute units (e.g., inches), or, given an
upper left anchor spot in the spreadsheet, the number of rows and columns to
use. In the latter case, the Wizard would determine the appropriate aspect ratio
of the graph and fit the graph to the smaller of the two dimensions (in other
words, it will likely leave unused space to the side or the bottom, while fully
using the other dimension). In the case of sizing in pixels, that might present
problems if another user views the spreadsheet on a display with different
resolution.

Dertermining the chart size in different measures makes sense. But for
better control of the resulting size of the chart the chart wizard
needs an improved preview.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
