have "line wrap" turned on for freshly merged cells standardly

reason: if the case occurs where line wrap would be of use and one doesn't use
it, one wouldn't have to merge the cells, beacuse one can't use the cell for
any other purpose now cause it contains text but the text is just in one line,
so the other merged cells don't serve any purpose and could as well be ummerged.
wait: merging 2 cells vertically and centering text vertically and using mre
text than the cells are wide. but then: obviously if the text should be
readable the adjacent cells must be empty; so why haven't they been merged in
teh first place too so that the merged cell is wide enough?

ergo: have "line wrap" turned on for freshly merged cells standardly
