save custom cell codes application dependant not just document or session-
dependant!!


if one has used one once one might want to use it again...!


so if I have used it in one spreadsheet, closed this and opened Calc anew I may 
very well want to use that code again...!

Hello Lars, what do you mean by 'custom cell format code'?

user-defined format codes of cells, eg. #,###

I would also like it if OOo could do this as well as adding some more default
format codes like  "$"#,##0;"($"#,##0)  to display the negative numbers in
parentheses

latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
