print range not draggable if ending together with a merged cell


i) merge some cells over some rows.

ii) goto page break preview and have the end of the printrange end at the same 
row the merged cells end.

iii) move the cursor over the print range border: no arrow appears: not movable.

This should have target "later".

According to the OpenOffice.org roadmap
(http://tools.openoffice.org/releases) this issue was retargeted to
OOo Later.
