In Options - Language Settings - Writing Aids, I am unable to inactivate Check 
capitalization. I uncheck "Check capitalization" and click on OK. However, OOo 
continues to check capitalization. Once again, I go to Options - Language 
Settings - Writing Aids and see that "Check capitalization" is activated. For 
the second time, I uncheck "Check capitalization" and click on OK but OOo 
continues to check it.
