To allow for a smooth integration between WebDAV and StarOffice, the
installation process should register the StarOffice protocol vnd.sun.star.webdav
in the Windows registry. Here is a registry file that can be used to do this.
Unfortunately it contains a hardcoded location of soffice.exe, which isn't so
good. If you can fix this that'd be great.

I tried this manually, and was then able to generate StarOffice WebDAV links in
our document management tool which uses a HTML frontend. Clicking on the links
started StarOffice with the document, and storing the document updated the real
document in WebDAV. I.e. as it should be. Using http links does not accomplish
this, since the editor will only be working on a local copy of the document.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\vnd.sun.star.webdav]
@="URL:OpenOffice WebDAV"
"EditFlags"=dword:00000002
"URL Protocol"=""

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\vnd.sun.star.webdav\shell]

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\vnd.sun.star.webdav\shell\open]

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\vnd.sun.star.webdav\shell\open\command]
@="C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org1.1.0\program\soffice.exe\" \"%1\""

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
