Hi,
Some of our users encounter problems to download IZ attachement, I report one of
the request below, but lot of people are in the same situation

I experience an annoying bug on IZ while using attach file feature
All OOO documents are proposed as showattachment.zip
When i post a file on IZ, all my local path is displayed in the filename

I use win2k and IE6.0.2800....
Other users encounter the download problem 
Unexperienced users are then lost and don't know what to do with this file

Hello,
One solution for me was to make sure that the filename proposed on my
system for the download does not include the path (ruta). For example,
The proposed name by Firebird was D:\xxxx\sdfa\DicOOo.sxw. I erased
all except for the "DicOOo.sxw" and the download was successful.
Otherwise, it would end with an error.

The Issue you raised has the status 'New' pending further action, but has not
been updated within the last 4 years. Please consider re-testing with one of the
latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.
