Hi all,

I created a datasource in OOo as an Address book using an Evolution contact
source (Evolution 1.4 and OOo1.1rc1). When you open the table grid view, the
table is not editable, i.e. it is read only.

Hi Frank, Bettina,

Any idea when, or whether, this is going to get fixed ?

At present, I use my Evo address book synched to my PDA, and it would be useful
to be able to have that database editable directly from OOo as an integration
with mailings, form letters, and the like.

Not at all.
Not sure whether Ximian's Evolution driver does allow for editing address data
(they did not (yet?) contribute it back).

For OOo, I assume there will be another round of feature planning for a post-2.0
version within the next (guessing) half a year, and either this one is
considered then, or it isn't :)

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
