Need to provide changes to XBrowseNode implementations for ScriptProviders (
java languages ) to provide ability to launch scripts in IDE.

All scripts exported via the XBrowseNode API can now be viewed in the
Tools/Configure dialog and in the assigment dialogs for hyperlink,
object, form and dialog events.

Assign to Joerg for testing.
Scripts from the reference languages Java, JavaScript etc should be
available from Tools/Configure dialogs. Additionally scripts should be
available from other sources like property editor for dialogs ( in the
events tab ), same for objects and graphics etc.

* check configure - ok
* check events (hyperlink) - ok
* check property browser (basic) - fail, only BASIC listed
* check form property browser - ok

setting state "new", reassign to npower
