Description Unknown 2003-09-14 08:39:56 UTC
Tested on Windows/98, Windows/ME, Linux (Debian 3) all kept up to date with security and critical patches. Start Word Processor (blank or with any document). Press F11 to pop up the stylist. On Linux, double clicking the open sub-window will minimise it. If minimised, double-clicking re-opens it. On tested Windows versions double-clicking does not minimise the window.

duplicate. OOo uses the window-manager's features now. *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 8095 ***

On linux using RC4, double-clicking does NOT "shade" the Stylist. If I right-click on it and select "shade" it is minimized (to a bar). That is a slower and less usable option (takes two clicks and a movement to a selection) than the F11 key. Double-clicking on the bar would be a definite plus.

configure your windowmanager to make it accept double click for shading the window.

You're correct. That fixes it in linux. Ignore my previous comments.
