in the second slide, the bullet and font in "this should be tiny" should have according size none

Description avilella 2003-09-16 10:24:36 UTC
The problem is somewhat related to the presentation templates and the increase
spacing:

(1) Create a new presentation with the "introduce a new product" or
"recommendation of a strategy" template
(2) edit an outline
(3) then select all the frame (C-a)
(4) increase indent by clicking one or two times the corresponding button
(5) save
(6) close
(7) re-open presentation
(icon_cool.gif try editing the outline, the autosizing (with Tab or Shift-Tab)
doesn't works.

Reassigned to Christian.
Comment 3 avilella 2003-09-17 15:36:05 UTC
Specifically, you have to edit _between_ two existing lines.

* bla bla
    ** bla bla
    ** bla bla
_for example here_ try adding a line and lowering/uppering the level
    ** bla bla

Comment 7 avilella 2003-09-22 12:33:32 UTC
The problem is somewhat related to the presentation templates and the
increase
spacing:

(1) Create a new presentation with the "introduce a new product" or
"recommendation of a strategy" template
(2) edit an outline with bullets and indented bullets
(3) then select all the frame (C-a)
(4) increase indent by clicking one or two times the corresponding
button ("Increase Spacing" bullet)
(5) save presentation
(6) close presentation
(7) (re-)open presentation
(8) try editing the aforementioned outline, the autosizing (with Tab
or Shift-Tab, or "demote" or "promote" buttons) doesn't works. It
simply creates the indentation, without decreasing the bullet and the
font size.
Comment 8 christian.guenther 2003-09-22 14:38:27 UTC
set to new and change the target
Comment 9 christian.guenther 2003-09-22 14:49:29 UTC
I can reproduce the bug.
to reproduce:
- load one of the templates
- edit the outline text box like the sample a few postings above
- save the doc, close the doc and load the doc.
- increase the spacing with the 'increase spacing' button
- save the doc, close the doc and load the doc
- change the outline level of a paragraph with the Tab-key
- the size of the bullet doesn't change.
