This is a known problem in the 2.6.0 build currently used on the
staging server. Mail List archives of this size have the Archive
and Index functions competing for resources. The problem is under
review and rework within CollabNet. The fixes will be generated
into a new build of the 2.6.0 product and made available for your
review and approval.

The site indexer was down. This is not monitored in stage but is
monitored on production. The indexer is now up and running again.
It will take it some time to process the backlog. Please verify in
an hour or so.
