Non-breaking hyphen (ctrl-shift-dash) is converted to a non-breaking space
entity (nbsp) when saving a document as HTML.

Confirmed WinXPPro/OOo1.1

I created a new HTML document and applied CRTL + SHIFT + minus to
create a non-breaking dash. I saved the document as HTML and reopened
it. The dash remained.

I created a new Writer document, created the non-breaking dash and
saved as HTML. When I re-opened the HTML document, the dash had been
replaced by a space.

The problem is that "non breaking hyphens" don't exist in HTML for
browsers only break on spaces.

Fix proposal: export the Writer non breaking hyphens as simple hyphens

I use non-breaking hyphens and export to HTML. I've just installed OO.o 3 and I
see this issue is still present unfortunately.
