Sorry This is the real sxw sample file.
Hi, I can only see a placeholder instead of the image in the .sxw Known problem like in issue 19498 ? Reporter, please attach separate textfile, eps-file and step-by-step-instruction how to create a testfile and how to reproduce the testfile (pls have a look to the QA-handbook on <http://qa.openoffice.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList> concerning step-by-step-instructions!). I only see placeholder instead of image
Yes that's correct. A raw ps or eps with no preview only shows a placeholder. It prints to a printer or File OK An epsi file (that has the embedded preview) shows correctly in the frame and the *preview* does get put correctly into the exported pdf but not the real ps/eps image. Will review in light of issue 19498 and submit requested files. Created attachment 10190 [details]

duplicate. Short explanation: OOo doesn't include a PS-interpreter Workaround: use ghostscript to convert postscript to PDF (run spamin and add a PDF-Converter) Longer explanation see issue 14163 (and duplicates thereof) *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 14163 *** You may consider voting for issue 14163... closing duplicate. |
