When importing data, the data sometimes may need to be broken down through both 
separators and fix-width. If this feature were available, the data can first be 
brought in delimited, then having the columns broken down at specific character 
locations.

The 'text to column' feature (as it is called in Microsoft Excel) would be a
HUGE plus. The ability to break columns either by pre-determined delimiters or
at specific character locations is a huge help in increasing spreadsheet-ing
productivity.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
