Insert->Get External Data. "External Data" dialog appears. Selected a CSV file.
"Select Filter" dialog appears. Select "Text CSV".  "Select Filter" dialog exits
and "Text Import" dialog appears. Use defaults and press "OK". The "Text Import"
dialog exits and the "External Data" dialog gets focus. The "OK" button on the
"External Data" dialog is disabled, and no data can be imported--"Cancel" is the
only navigation option.
