to makes OO.o IssueZilla more user friendly for typical general user,
who is not developer or have no any knowledge about software development
and may confuse with technical terms - especially in the
components/subcomponents part.

also the Bugzilla Helper guides the user
to provide all information needed to regeneration that issue.
e.g. machine spec, os version, app version, actual behavior, expected behavior
...etc.

user just fill each input field in the form,
and Bugzilla Helper will generated a text for put into
IssueZilla's new issue description.

each input field in Bugzilla Helper is well commented,
in plain english.

Issuezilla is a proprietary product owned by CollabNet. It is being upgraded, 
anyway, and the upgrade has some of the features you desire.
