Created attachment 10886 [details] Document from http://home.zcu.cz/fel/kae/ztd1/jop/ztp_jop4.arj The same applies to original English 1.1.0. I sent the crashdump via crashreporter to Sun. Reassigned to MRU Target 2.0? This is: - crash - regression from the previous version The target has only been set temporarily until the responsible QA member (me) will do further investigation on it. MRU->CMC: Unfortunately the doc is password protected. Will there be any chance for you to fix it though? The only thing I can see is, that there are some Picture OLE's in the doc; maybe the problem can be found there... Thanks for clarification about Target ;-) The file is not password protected - 1.0.3 can open it... Its password protected, not encrypted, but password protected, so it is not editable in word without the password even though we can open it. So I can't delete the content in word to easily narrow it down to the individual item that causes the problem, so this slows down fixing the problem. But luckily in this case I could narrow it down quickly anyway. No crash/hang in droghedafilterteam15 for 1.1.1 and portlaoisefilterteam16 for 2.0 Sorry, but no one knows the password. I will try to crack it using some recovery tool, but I am not sure if it will work. Re-saving the document under another name in Word fixes the problem. reopen to reassign cmc->mru: Good in Fri-Nov-07-16-00 portlaoisefilterteam16 installset for 2.0, 1.1.1 installset will follow I think there was a warning on the release candidates that you should be aware that the format might be source of troubles. However, I have experienced the same, OO 1.1.0 crashing on a 1.0.1 document. Maybe it could be a lead that when pressing return after a user defined paragraph style the upper (old) paragraph changes to default with OO-1.1 and NOT with 1.0.1 nor 1.1RC5. I wouldn't care too much, keep up the good work on the XML engine and that will solve the issue. password is CSMXCCLAOOKJSSR for documents password. hope this help, and we can continue this . please let me know if there is another issue need password for files. Checked fix in CWS portlaoisefilterteam16 for OO 2.0 build. Test for 1.1.1 build will follow soon. reopen to reassign cmc->mru: Working in droghedafilterteam15 Checked fix also in CWS droghedafilterteam15 for OO 1.1.1. Verified. Fix will be included in OO 1.1.1. Closed. Checked fix with srx645m27. |
