Reproduction:

1. Open macro dialog
2. name the macro, overwriting the string "Main"
   The "New" button gets active
3. Press "New"
-> Nothing happens
This worked in the final version

This only happens if you choose a macro name that actually is a
reserved word in BASIC, then the IDE won't come up, there will be no
warning.

Changing Prio to 4, changing type to enhancement

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
