Enter some text in a presentation. Highlight some of the text and choose the
hyperlink button from the toolbar. Enter Type: Internet, Target: (some URL),
Frame: (any selection here), Form: Text, Text: (any text here), Name: (any name
here). Choose Apply and Close.

When revisiting the hyperlink dialog for the same hyperlink, the Frame and Name
fields have not been saved.

This behavior is consistent in both the Drawing and Notes parts of a slide. The
issue is perhaps most relevant when exporting a presentation to HTML.

I can also reproduce this on Linux, OOo 1.1, 645(Build:8687).
