Please support horizontal scrolling, which are translated to button 6 and 7 under X.

cp->pl: it seems that we don't support it in unx/window/salframe.cxx. do we have
support in the independent part ?

In principle we do, just none of our applications makes use of that. And saying
that the horizontal scroll wheel is button 6 and 7 under X is an overstatement;
the core X protocol does not know more than five buttons. Nevertheless we could
certainly support that just the applications would have to make use of it.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
