Please attach your envelope files and the print result as ps file. Thanks. How do I create a PS file? Does the "print to file" option save the file as a .ps file? Created attachment 12349 [details]
Sample file used for envelope printing
I have been able to recreate this problem successfully. Here is the scenario. If the paper size is set to Env. #10 and the printer paper is set to Env. #10, there is no problem and the address is printed on the envelope successfully (as expected). However, if the paper size is set to "User" with the height equal to let us say 4.38" (my envelope had this height) instead of the default 4.13" for Env. #10 (the width remaining the same - 9.50"), the address gets truncated by over half an inch. I am not sure whether this is a bug, but I would have expected that a change in the height setting should not affect the printout width-wise. Also, I did notice that we have to manually change the page setting of the printer to match that of the document. In MS Word I think the printer takes the paper size of the document while printing automatically, because I never had to set the paper size to Env. #10 in a MS Word document while printing envelopes.
