Summary:	In Excel double-clicking on the edge of a cell allows to quickly move the cursor/selection between (and within) filled and non-filled blocks/areas of cells. Calc does not behave like that.

The other spreadsheet (Excel) has a feature where if you double-click on the 
edge of the currently selected cell, it moves to the cell that is the furthest 
cell from the edge clicked on that is in the same (empty or not-empty) state  
as the cell sharing the edge that is clicked on. 
 
Eg if only cells A3, A4, A5 are non-blank, and you are on cell A7, then 
double-clicking on the top edge of A7 will cause the cursor to move to A6, and 
double-clicking on the top edge of the now selected cell A6 will cause the 
cursor to move to A3. 
Double-clicking on the now selected cell A3 will cause the cursor to move to 
A5, and double-clicking on the now selected cell A5 will NOT cause the cursor 
to move provided there are no more non-empty cells below that.  (Note that if 
A3 is selected, double-clicking on the top edge will cause the cursor to move 
to A1)

This is NOT a duplicate of item 12313, which applies to a selected range, and 
is involved with copying data. 
This applies to a single cell, and only involves moving the cursor.

This is annoying in Excel, because what I want to do is to doubleclick
into the cell, but mistakenly went very far down the table.

I would suggest that Calc should not follow suit.
