The Select All function (Edit - Select All or Ctrl-A) does not work correctly
when there is a table at the direct start of a document.

Reconstruction:
- open a new wp doc
- insert a table (does not matter what size/border/...)
- add some text below it (for clarity)
- Edit - Select All  or  Ctrl-A

The table is selected and nothing else will be selected.

Normally when inside a table, pressing Ctrl-A twice will select the whole
document eventually. This doesn't do either.

Broken confirmed: Linux RH 7.1 OOo 1.1.0

Was broken in OOo 1.0.2 as well
