Printing a document from its context menu causes OOo to lose the window state
from the last time it was open.  The next time OOo is started, it opens with a
small window (always a specific size, but I'm not sure what determines the size).

TM->HI: Problem wasn´t reproducible with a OO 680m17 running on WinXP, but maybe
you´ve got an idea ? So please have a look, thanks !

Given the high bugload I don't see this issue to be fixed until beta in autumn,
so I retarget it. May be reconsidered later.

Still the same in 2.2 on XP.
The windows size is the same (I guess) that a speadsheet has on opening, after
the datasource window has been used.
