Many developer try to use the examples without or not reading the right spots of
the manual. By this often problems are reported resulting by inappropiate use of
the examples, mostly forgotting to call 'setsdkenv' and/or 'configure'.

For the future, all make files should only be executable, when setsdkenv (and
configure) had been set, otherwise a helping text should appear explaining what
to do.
