Issue 25234

Summary: Copying multi-column, too much get selected
Product: Calc Reporter: shaidar <rance>
Component: uiAssignee: AOO issues mailing list <issues>
Status: CONFIRMED --- QA Contact:
Severity: Trivial
Priority: P4 CC: issues
Version: OOo 1.1 RC5
Target Milestone: ---
Hardware: PC
OS: Linux, all
Issue Type: ENHANCEMENT Latest Confirmation in: ---
Developer Difficulty: ---

Description shaidar 2004-02-09 07:50:12 UTC
(i) Several columns of data, say A to G
(ii) Several columns hidden, say B to F

(iii) A and G is selected --- but it seems that also /the hidden columns/ get
selected (i.e. B to F)

(iv) Therefore the result is that when I paste the copied selection to, say, a
text-processor, I get A to G (including B to F), instead of (only) A *and* G.

Proposal of Solution: Select only what I see? Keep hidden objects away from
selection.
