Click the 'Tools' menu and 'Options'.
Open 'Open Office Org' & click 'View'.
Set the scale above 110% & click 'OK'.

Now go back; click the 'Tools' Menu & 'Options'.  The OK etc. buttons have 
disappeared & the box can't be resized.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
