Notice the kerning problem in the atached file: the two last charachters in the
title are incurrectly joined with no spacing.

Funny thing is, when exporting to PDF, the kerning of the text is much better.

See acreen shot: from left to right- the file in MSword 2003, in Acrobat reader
6 exported by OOo, in OOo 680m22

DL->US: Could you please handle this?
Comment 4 ulf.stroehler 2004-04-06 15:39:22 UTC
not sure whether this is a kerning or a glyph positioning problem.
What happens if you mark the misplaced glyph or the one before and apply a
different character attribute, like any color or bold to it? Does the glyph
move? If the latter is true it's not a kerning problem.

Anyway, I was not able to reproduce the issue (on Linux; neither in 645 nor in
680) with "David New Hebrew" or "DavidMF". Could you pls. point me to a place
where I can download "David Transparent".
