Page count is not intuitive enough to disregard cover page or even envelope 
created by user as discussed in the URL link.

Open Office writer should have a facility for a page count code to be entered
for number of pages per page style or persection.  This is available in
Microsoft word.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
