TM->BH: Please have a look, thanks ! this feature should be forwards & backwards compatible - if target installation of oo.org doesn't support some of options/features (or they are obsolete) it should succesfully import others and warn user that some of the settings were not set (with an ability to view a list of options that were not applied). when exporting and importing there should be checkboxes for custom dictionaries and other things that might increase target file; there should be a way to import settings silently (probably some commandline switch); resulting file should be human readable and support comments (probably archived - similar to oo.org file formats), so that some settings can be removed or commented out - this way only those options specified in that file would be set. *** Issue 48279 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue. *** To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on my owner to the owner "requirements". Confirmed with AOO410m1(Build:9750) - Rev. 1566800 2014-02-11_04:11:01 - Rev. 1566981 Debian |
