1  Open a blank OO.o window.[run soffice.exe]

2  Choose Tools > Macros > Macro

3 Choose any of your macro [you have to have some defined] and edit.

4 make changes in the macro [delete/ cut/ add a word etc..]

5  press Ctrl + W to close or Quit [Ctrl + Q].

6 OO.o closes window without prompting to save or discard.

--not a good behaviour.

The issue holds if any document is opened in OO.o program window.

Comment 2 joerg.skottke 2004-03-29 10:48:03 UTC
This is a "classic" bug.

When the macro is stored within the application basic it is written without
confirmation. This is a bug and should be fixed.

If the macro is attached to the document it is saved with the document, in the
instant the document is written to disk.

Reassigning to tbe,
target -> OOo 2.0,
OS -> All,
priority -> 3
