Setting HighContrast Mode in chart's window CTOR and in DataChanged, which is
called when high contrast settings change while the chart is open in edit mode.
Hight contrast seems also to work with the replacement images (which is out of
the chart's scope)

HighContrast-Mode works fine - tested on WinXP
verified in master m213 -> closing
