now in page setup > Background there is options to use bitmaps for background, 
but no options to select other bitmaps (outside the one in list). Please add 
options to use external bitmaps for background.

You can add a background by using format > area to import a bitmap, but this is
a very clunky way of implementing the feature. It should be a lot more
straight-forward. It also means that the background is kept forever until you
delete it in format > area, which is kind of stupid for backgrounds that only
apply to one presentation. I often have to read the help in order to remember
how to do it.

Please make sure that if you add backgrounds this way that they are not
imported, but only available for the one presentation... i.e. a temporary
background.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
