Description geoff_house 2004-04-25 08:31:36 UTC
Open an existing document.
Without making any other changes:
- Select a cell.
- Click on Window | Freeze to turn this feature on/off.
- Close the application or spreadsheet.
You are not prompted to save changes to the document!
I imagine not many people change this item without making some other changes
to their document, so it's not been spotted. Thanks.

Hi Bettina,

please decide wether we should trigger the changed flag or not under these

Window/Split is affected by this bug, too.
Comment 11 norbert2 2007-10-16 12:08:56 UTC
Since this bug has been fixed for the auto filter (issue 26694) it should be
xied for Split and Freeze, too.

Btw, issue 26694 is handled as "DEFECT", so this issue should also be changed to
"DEFECT".
Comment 12 norbert2 2007-10-16 12:09:53 UTC
typo:
"xied"->"fixed"

Any chances to see this issue fixed till OOo 3.0?
Comment 15 bettina.haberer 2010-05-21 14:58:13 UTC
To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
Comment 16 Ma Xiaojun 2013-08-08 16:49:55 UTC
The bug still affects OpenOffice 4.0 while it is fixed in LibreOffice already.

This issue is still not working in v4 Calc on my Windows 10 OS. I have the exact problem as described.
