The Macro Selector specification has now been approved and string
reviewed so it can be implemented. The spec can be found at:

The Macro Selector implementation is now complete. It can be tested by
using the new Tools/Macros/Run Macro menu item to select and run a Macro.

It will also now appear from the following dialogs:

- Insert/Fields/Other in Writer (issue 25273)
- Data/Validity in Calc (issue 27451)
- Interactin in Impress (issue 27452)
