MRU->ES: please evaluate before reassigning to Bettina. Thank you for those good enhancement proposals! 1. It'a a duplicate of issue 4260. 2. it is a DEFECT because all list boxes have to accept multiple key input for tracking the right entry. Unfortunatly, we can't handle tasks containing multiple issues (Please refer to http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/basic_rules.html). Please submit a new issue (DEFECT) for 2. and assign it to 'OS'. I close this task as duplicate. 4260 *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 4260 *** closing I can not recognize, that (1.) is a duplicate of issue 4260. I suggest that the short names (identifiers) in the list box for inserting a bibliographic entry in the text are presented in an alphabetic sorted order and not in the physical data base order. Sorting should be possible by sorting the opened table biblio in the data source view. (Now you have to sort biblio physically, save it anew and use it then in a text document.) I will open (2.) in a new issue. G. Marxen I can not recognize, that (1.) is a duplicate of issue 4260.
