Options/Language settings UI needs to be improved :
- There shouldn't have hidden options in the treeview
- When check Asian languages support, there is no immediate action

How to reproduce :
In English OOo,
- When Options/Language settings/Languages/Asian languages support is 
unchecked, there are 2 options for Options/Language settings/ in the treeview.
- When after checking Options/Language settings/Languages/Asian languages, 
there is no immediate action.
- Click OK.
- Now, Options/Language settings/Languages/Asian languages support is checked, 
there are 4 options for Options/Language settings/ in the treeview.

Personnaly, I don't like invisible options which appear from nowhere. I prefer 
disabled option with grey color.

When enabling an option, sub-options should appear nearby.

But, maybe there is an other point of view.

Another hidden option : Text direction in Format/Page/Page when asian language 
option is enabled.
This option doesn't appear when asian language option is disabled.

Confirmed in 1.9.88. I would like to see the options stay hidden as opposed to
grayed out, but they should appear automatically when the box is checked and
disappear like wise.

@icn -- They are hidden to try to make the option menu less intimidating (I
would assume.) Many people feel there are too many options.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
