ES, pls have a look. 1) Reproducible: This happens when pasting a word near a punctuation mark. In this case, the trailing/starting space should be pasted too, as if it was between 2 words. 2)-3) Invalid/Worksforme This is not the same problem as 1) (no clipboard manipulation) Please open a new issue for those cases then explain how you delete the word: with Ctrl+Del/Backspace? The trailing/preceding space is correctly deleted too. Selecting the word and del/backspace? Yes, no space is deleted because: - you only selected the word - you may want to type directly on the place the word used to be and then there is no need to delete the space. This is different when cutting the word because ont assumes you don't want to write on the same place. Came here when looking for another issue. This one (1) seems to be almost fixed. The only problem is when you paste the word between a word and a punctuation mark (works in all other cases) with the keyboard. Dragging it with the mouse works perfectly. So here, with the keyboard: This is a sentence. Another sentence. -> This is a sentence. sentenceAnother. Forgot to give my configuration: OOo 3.0.1 (Sun) on xubuntu Hardy (8.04). |
