just to have this as bug. ole objects are not displayed only an empty frame is visible
Comment 2 glu 2004-05-28 01:45:38 UTC
Yes, till now it seems impossible to support ole in wordml, if no help of Flat XML filter.
Comment 3 glu 2004-11-09 02:07:46 UTC
still don't know how to fix.
Comment 4 glu 2004-11-09 08:35:44 UTC
show dependence on i36885.
Comment 5 glu 2004-11-09 08:40:52 UTC
Comment 6 glu 2004-12-10 01:40:28 UTC
move target to later
Comment 7 glu 2005-01-30 01:48:08 UTC
after OLE is supported in flat XML, this issue can start to solve.
Comment 8 glu 2005-02-21 03:27:08 UTC
glu: in OOo 2.0 beta, the static image can be seen in Writer (thanks to Wind's work on wmz!), but OLE bin-data isn't imported yet. Because the frame style is entangled with image style, so reassign it to Wind. Hopefully to fully support OLE in 2.0 on Windows, and at least to see static image on other OSs.
Comment 9 wind.li 2005-02-21 09:39:19 UTC
depends on i43230
Comment 10 glu 2005-02-22 09:42:55 UTC
glu->windly: So, is it possible to only make the style right before final and leave full support of OLE to OOo later?
Comment 11 glu 2005-02-22 09:44:54 UTC
Oh, maybe it's ok to just close these displaying relative issues for OOo 2.0, and reopen one new for full support of OLE later.
Comment 12 wind.li 2005-02-22 09:56:56 UTC
Wind->Gavin >So, is it possible to only make the style right before final and >leave full support of OLE to OOo later? I had added the code. But I disable them currently to get the static images showed correctly. Or we will only get an unknown object icon.
